Mejora sustancialmente la adherencia de la pintura en superficies como cemento, yeso, mampostería, hormigón, ladrillo, o fibrocemento entre otras, que serán pintadas con la previa aplicación de este producto. Imprimación fijadora en base acuosa, de máxima penetración en superficies porosas, pintadas o de obra nueva.
Evita la absorción despareja e irregular de la pintura en las superficies, además de aumentar el rendimiento de la pintura. Incluso, si hay un color más oscuro debajo de la nueva capa, se necesitará menos pintura para cubrirlo.
Si la pared ha tenido problemas de humedad o tiene pequeñas imperfecciones que puedan afectar a la pintura, el fijador de pintura minimizará esos problemas y protegerá la capa de pintura nueva. Evita salitres y veladuras.
Endurece y sanea fondos en mal estado. Antihumedad y máxima adherencia.
Modo de empleo: 1) Remover el producto hasta su perfecta homogeneización. 2) Aplicar sobre substratos limpios y secos 3) Evitar brillos diluyendo en función de la absorción del soporte. 4) Lijar previamente para garantizar una perfecta penetración en el substrato. 5) No aplicar el producto a temperaturas elevadas, ni sobre superficies expuestas a fuerte insolación. 6) No aplicar con humedades relativas superiores al 80%. 7) Efectuar pruebas antes de proceder al acabado definitivo.
Disolvente para dilución y limpieza: agua.
Método de aplicación: Brocha y rodillo (dilución orientativa: 30% - 70%) - Pistola y turbo a baja presión (dilución orientativa: 30% - 100%)
